PremieR is pioneer in offering the 110% satisfaction seal for SUPER PREMIUM food. If you or your friend are not fully satisfied with our product, we will return full value plus 10% or give you a new and equivalent one.*
*A PremieR Pet exclusive procedure since there is, at minimum, half of the total weight of the product in its original package. Getting a new or equivalent product or money is limited to up to 2 packages of any item of the PremieR line, and it can be solicited 2 times for each client every 6 months (there will be an investigation and crossing of information like name, street address and ID).
