Administration Center
The PremieR Pet offices are located in the Brooklin neighborhood in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. Our marketing, financial and market intelligence departments work in unison to deliver to our clients what is best and of the top from all of our company departments. As most of the employees are veterinarians or people in love with cats and dogs, we often bring our four-legged friends to spend the day with us, providing great anti-stress moments, ideal for our busy life in a big city like São Paulo.
Quality
The quality control department works industriously both in the raw materials origins as in the final product inspection. For that we have trained professionals and a modern lab in our industrial park. PremieR Pet developed a rigorous quality pattern for ingredient collection, and 100% of them are analyzed before use. Following this same philosophy, 100% of the produced lots are also analyzed before being sold, making sure consumers only get products that are under satisfactory control limits. To monitor the quality of our products along time, we keep a sampling of each lot and run periodical tests up to its through date. Besides lab analysis, all our food products are tested in our kennel and cathouse.
Supplies
PremieR Pet is pioneer in developing and improving food ingredients for cats and dogs products in Brazil.Since our founding, we consolidated important partnerships with exclusive suppliers with the goal of following the production cycle from its start. To produce the best food for cats and dogs, PremieR Pet only uses noble ingredients, sometimes the very same ones we find in human cuisine.

Production
For the production, every ingredient of each recipe is weighted, grinded, homogenized and mixed in our Mixture Unity. Then the cookies are made through an industrial baking process called extrusion, where the dough is subject to heat and pressure. After this stage, the cookies, now in the desired format, undergo drying and topping, when a layer of fat is added to bestow even more flavour to the final product. After the topping, the cookies are then taken to the packaging area, where they are packed according to type.
Research Center
Along with the quality provided by lab analisys, all of our food is tested in the Research Center. The PremieR Pet Research Center is in spatious green grounds, and as of today, it houses more than 50 dogs and 40 cats of various sizes and breeds. Along with a lot of caring, all animals get veterinarian and basic care, which included walks, bathing and grooming.
Before its release, every new product is exhaustively tested, first in our own Research Center and then in affiliated kennels and cathouses, partners of our company. There are palatability, excretion and feces tests, and also digestability, urinary pH, litter increase, gestation and lactation tests. Every result is rigorously analyzed, and only the products approved in all topicsare released.
