My pet did not like it. What now? How can I request a product replacement or cash refund?

For product replacements or cash refunds, returned items must be in the original packaging with at least 50% of the original content. Products must be returned prior to expiration date (for example: a 15 kg bag must contain a minimum of 7.5 kg of food).

– When applying for a replacement product, your will be given an exchange voucher. You may redeem this voucher from a retail store.

– When applying for a cash refund, you will be asked to provide a copy of your purchase receipt. Refunds will be made by bank transfer.

Can I simply switch to a different PremieRpet® food or should I transition to a new diet gradually?

The digestive system needs time to adjust to new foods. Ideally, transition to a new diet should be gradual and progressive. Different foods have different composition. Therefore, sudden dietary changes should be avoided in order to prevent gastrointestinal problems.

What is the best way to store dry PremieRpet® foods?

Dry foods should be stored in a clean and dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Food storage areas must also be free from residues and dirt of any kind to avoid attracting insects and rodents.

Foods must not be stored in direct contact with the floor or walls.

Ideally, foods should be stored in the original packaging. PremieRpet® packagings are carefully designed to keep its contents safe.

What is the best way to store wet PremieRpet® foods?

Once open, wet foods must be immediately refrigerated and can be stored for 48 hours.

Which prebiotics are used in PremieRpet® Super Premium foods, how do they act what benefits do they provide?

These foods contain MOS (mannan oligosaccharides) and FOS (fructooligosaccharides). MOS are derived from yeast and stimulate mannose secretion by the liver. Mannose acts as a marker of harmful bacteria, facilitating their recognition and phagocytosis by immune system cells.

FOS are complex carbohydrates. Bacterial fermentation of FOS leads to SCFA and lactate production, lowering intestinal pH. Acidic environments inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria.
